seldrike Posted January 7, 2012 Share Posted January 7, 2012 OK, so i started attempting to use mods for skyrim using nexus mod manager. Everything had been running smoothly until i hit in the upper left hand corner "Run Skyrim." An error box pops up, and Skyrim opens, but in the error box there is nothing but a red X, and in skyrim none of the mods are turned on i guess? Someone please help i really want this to work. nukafish Posted January 7, 2012 Share Posted January 7, 2012 Make sure the mods do not require anything such as (SKSE, etc.) and that they do not say in the description or readme.txt that you have to install them manually without the NMM, try running it as administrator also.
