Binturong
I recently reinstalled Oblivion and SI intending to try out some mods, and have been working all day on configuring the ones I want in hopes that they will all work together. Things were going great until I tried to add the Coloured Enemy Health Bar mod by LordOverkill. I really liked the idea and was intreagued, but right after I overwrote the data files for the emeny health over the crosshair my oblivion stopped loading properly (crashing just after the Bethesda intro while loading the main menu). I don't really want to reinstall this game and its mods a fourth time today... I'm pretty sure I could fix my install with vanilla copies of the contents of the Oblivion/data/textures/menus/misc/sequence_dds folder (should total < 400kb). If anybody could suggest a place I can find these files or possibly post them for me I would really appreciate it.

Either it is something else within that mod (I don't think there is anything else) or it is some other mod causing the issue. Colored Health Bars, or even the version of mine with hidden health bars is just a resource override, and should not impact your game in any way. As far as fixing it, since the mod is just a resource override, you could probably just delete the files in your data folder as long as you don't plan to use any games that were saved after those resources were used. And if you do need the vanilla resources, they're contained in the textures.bsa and can be extracted with BSA commander or similar.
