Request: A Mod That Gives you XP When You Play Minigames/A Mod That Makes it So the PipBoy Doesn't Freeze Time

So far the minigames IMO have no use than just a gimmick/thing to keep you busy fiddling with your phone while you're waiting for something. I think it would be cool if they gave your character some XP, or they actually passed time ingame.
