Everything in my house is marked as "Steal" or "Stolen"

I have no clue when this started for me.Whenever I buy/build a house anywhere in the world,After awhile of playing and collecting Quests I return to my house to find everything in chests,on plaques are marked as stolen.Even things just laying around are marked "steal".

 

I've uninstalled everything having to do with Skyrim and started fresh,reinstalled all my mods and played.Everything seemed fine until I loaded my save today and again,everything was marked stolen.Even things I crafted myself.I have a feeling which mods it could be.Below is a complete list of all the mods I have right now.

The Paarthurnax Dilemma(Mod in Question)

I'm starting to think it's one of those two mods conflicting with another mod listed above them.All mods listed above those in question I have had for months now and not once had this problem.Please help me with this very sickening problem so I can go back to playing without worries.

I have the same problem but i only have three of the mods that you do SkyUI and AFT and Live Another Life...

While that is unlikely the reason. Is there any chance that you created your character in a improper way? Like using the console to get in the game instead of creating a new game? Only time that it happened for me.
