CTD on Loading a Save, or Loading a World

[Eliteginga]

Sorry up late and been trying to fix Skyrim for three days straight.

Like the title says, crashes to desktop upon loading a world or after a save game.

I tried unchecking the mods esm one by one to no avail.

I tried verify cache, always one file missing.

I even reinstalled Skyrim along with reinstalling my mods.

New Saves don't even work as they will crash with in 15 min of leaving Helgen.

 

Running CBBE, ENB, SKSE,

 

I'm hoping a fresh pair of eyes may help me as i see no other alternative then playing Fallout 4.
