My quest idea idk if its possible

 

you receive a broadcast message saying that the person needs help they are handicaped (lost legs) and are surrounded by raiders you go to the house and help the man by killing a lot of raiders and asks when you start talking to him for some med x for the pain he is in and once you give him 5 med x you can talk to him and ask what happened to his legs he starts by saying you dont wanna hear an old man ramble on about the past and you assure him you do and he starts off by saying he was sergant in the war for the good of the people he was in charge of operation sanitation an operation for cleaning the wasteland he was in charge of california you fade white and appear in an enclave base wearing tesla armor (from f3) in cutscene mode walking towards a vertibird you climb inside (interior from personnal veribid mod) and Lt. Hanson is inside with you (END CUTSCENE) he starts talking to you asking if your ready to proceed then asks what youre plan is (choose where to start) rivet city or raven rock (20 years before F3 and if you havent realised, youre playing as the old man youre character apperance chages to him and back to youre character when youre done) and if you choose raven rock he says yes sir and you fade to black hearing missiles exploding and appear at the base of the mountain with 10 soliders with you and they follow like companions but you cant order themor use companion wheel the enemies are super mutants and when you finish you go to a table with a radio and you get orders to head to a metro and help PVT. Thompson escape his squad is dead and you fight through a crap load of ghouls and when you get out of the metro you go to cutscene and begin talking to hanson and you follow him into the vertibird you appear inside and he says rivet city should be easy you start out on top the boat and you fight off raiders and supermutants around rivet city and work towards the jefferson memorial where you find youre F3s characters dad and mom and hanson says they are forcing shut downof the project and will be moved to vault 101 and doc li goesback to rivet city and thats the end of the mod you appear back in the base on cutscene next to the secretary of defense giving a speech to 500 soliders that were part of the operation and he gives you a medal of bravery then hanson gets mad and throws a grenade cuz he doesnt get a medal the grenade blows up in front of you taking his legs thats when you go back as youre player mod is over

 

NOW FOR RIVET CITY FIRST

you fade to black hearing a women scream orders to the shcok troops you appear in the shop area of rivet city looks very different from in F3 and you fight super mutants all the way to the rotunda of the purifier and then you go to raven rock and do what you would have before
