no...i meant that i need a mod that make the Commonwealth less colorful and more greyish and darker not a night

Did you look at the second link? There's a mod that alters the light in all interiors as well.

You mean an ENB. There is a large variety of them, with different visual 'styles' available.

As your wanting something 'darker' for your game I'd suggest checking out either

Pathos ENB by Pansen1,

or

Last Light ENB by IheartRunningman.

Both are amazing visual overhauls that are continually being updated by their respective mod authors.

If neither of those are to your taste, there are plenty of others here on Nexus.
