Special Edition Graphic Flicker Bug

Hey Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

i have some Problems playing Skyrim Special Edition. Theres always a huge flicker especially at the characters, but also at the environment (it looks like in this video, but it doesnt appear only at mountains: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vaFRkGTCpxg).

Furthermore, whenever i start the gameÃÂ a black screen appears and after ~20s the SkyrimÃÂ Theme starts, but it needs around 2 minutes till the "Bethesda" sign appears.

 

So what did i try?

Of Course, i have checked the graphic driver and updated them - didnt work.

Also changed resolution and graphic settings - didnt work.

I have downloaded the files "antilag.cfg" and "d3d9.dll" and put them into the Skyrim Folder -Â didnt work.

I have downloaded the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition patch and installed it - didnt work.

After that i decided to install the normal Skyrim Edition - everything worked without any problems.

 

My System:

Notebook Medion Akoya E6432

Windows 10 Home 64bit

Intel Core i3-6157U (2,4GHz) with Intel Iris Graphics 550

6GB Ram

Skyrim/Steam installed on S11-128G-PHISON SSD

 

I hope anyone has a solution for my problems,

PS: Starting the Special Edition for the first time, the System didnt recognize any graphic Card, so it set the settings to "low". When i started the normal Skyrim, it recognized "Intel Iris Graphics 550" and set the settings to "high".
