[LE] Immersive crosshair help? Zoom and nightvision blur for bow zoom

Basically what i want to do is edit the zoom in the bow for people like me who play archers with no crosshairs but have no time to git gud

 

My idea is to add an the blur effect from the khajit nighteye effect without the blue and more zoom to the zoom of the bow

 

the stronger zoom seems to me to be just a fov edit so thatll be easy but its the blur effect thats got me stumped

 

my vision is to have the zoom (right click with drawn arrow) to blur most of the screen as if the dragonborn (or whatever the fluff your character is) is super concentrated to the point that he can only see a pinprick

this is basically a more immersive way to have a crosshair in my opinion

 

 

So if anyone can point me in the right direction to add the blur effect and remove the tint i'll uh give my second born to you (the firstborn was taken by sheson :{
