Need advise on Prisions

I would appreciate any advise any one has. I new to modding and Skyrim in general. Love the game and the mods are awesome. I have installed a ton of mods and for the most part they work, except that any prison that I go to, there is a black screen. You can move around and interact, but you can not see where you are going or what is in there. I have tried to read up on the issue, but it looks like I messed up royally because I can not see any one else with this issue. I have left my load order below to take a look at. I am also rereading the mods that I installed to see if there was an compatibility error there, but I don't think I missed that. Any help at all would be great.

Some of the realistic lighting make it really really dark. Is it just dark and you can see, or a black screen?
