Axxaw Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 With Elys' Uncapper (an OBSE plugin) you can raise them to 200, not all skills will be affected by higher values though without a mod like "Legendary Abilities" or "Grandmaster of Alchemy".
