dragonslayer2k12 Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Anyone made this yet? instead of the cash register sound it would be fanzi from happy days saying aaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy I mean just look at that fallout guy logo with the fingers up lol it just looks like that sound. I hear that sound in my head every time I look at charisma in the perk chart lol.
damanding Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 (edited) There would most likely be some sort of intellectual property protection on that phrase from that character, so using actual voice clips from the show would be illegal. That said you could certainly make one for personal use as long as you didn't upload it to the site. Edit to add: I often think of the same thing though when I see the thumbs up vault boy. :D Edited December 31, 2016 by damanding
