MrAndrooson Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 Hey, so I was on here the other day and found a slower leveling mod and i'm pretty sure the way it worked was you could slow down your skill gaining by anywhere from 10 percent slower to 100 percent slower, in increments of 10. I'm trying to find it again and I can't. Anyone know the mod i'm talking about? Also, while were on the topic what do you think is the best slower leveling mod? I know there's a few.
