Crash to Desktop on load

I've been playing Skyrim since the midnight release, and up until a few days ago it was pretty much bug free (by bethesda standards, at least,) but then I started getting CTDs immediately after loading screens, no matter what mods or graphic drivers I have installed. I've been spending 2 or 3 hours a night trying to fix this, but it seems the only option I have left is a fresh install. Before I do so, does anyone have any idea what might be causing the problem?

I just use the integrated soundcard, I'll grab a good one at micro center eventually.
