Crashing at Start up - Just need an extra set of eyes on this thing

Okay so about 4ish months ago my graphics card went out, got a new one and went to play Fallout 4. Crashes at startup, which I figured, since it had been 4 months, Nuka world came out, I was sure F4SE needed to be updated. So I went through the motions, Uninstall F4SE, grab new update, deactivate all mods in NMM, and then start adding one mod at a time, make sure they hadn't updated, and checking to make sure that Fallout starts up after each mod added.

Current Load order

GameMode=Fallout4

Fallout4.esm=1

DLCRobot.esm=1

DLCworkshop01.esm=1

DLCCoast.esm=1

DLCworkshop02.esm=1

DLCworkshop03.esm=1

DLCNukaWorld.esm=1

Workshop_Planters.esp=1

TronSuit.esp=1

LooksMenu.esp=1

LooksMenu Customization Compendium.esp=1

This is as far as I can get without the Startup crashing occurrences, It's happening when I reinstall Heterochromia Iridium or The Eyes of Beauty Fallout Edition. And the image below is all the other mods I have yet to reinstall. Also I have F4SE.

Check to see which of your appearance mods conflicts with Looks Menu Compendium. It's a Compendium because it rolls together a bunch of mods that would otherwise conflict.

The problem is that they used to work together, the Compendiums eyes are s#*!, and since I make Face presets I need the Eyes of Beauty pack. See it would make sense for it to be the Compendium, but Heterochromia is for Dogmeat, it affects no other eyes in game and I am almost 100% sure that the Compendium doesn't so for those two to be not playing nice together doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Eye Normal map fix

Eye Normal map fix High Contrast

deLuxe Lip liner mask

Elianora's Fallout Junk Yard

WX face paints and dirt

Valkyr Face texture

Commonwealth Cuts

Ponytail Hairstyles

None of these can be used without crashing.

Considering the Compendium covers eyes, makeup and hair, I'd guess that other mods that also cover eyes, makeup and hair are going to conflict. One way to know for sure what your conflicts are is to load all of those mods into FO4Edit and check. Use the manual merging of mods with conflicts section of these directions to resolve it. http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Merging_Plugins

I know how to use Edit, I have been making mods and using mods since Oblivion and Omods, but thanks for the tutorial anyways. I get no errors in Edit when I load everything.

The problem is I have went through all the basic, and advanced modding techniques when dealing with crashing and everything getting sent back is saying everything is okay, yet I am still crashing. With my graphics card going down it put me behind on the mods that people have asked me to make and until I can find out why it is crashing I can't do anything for them.
