Downloading Oblivion Mods Leading to 404

Hi! I've been trying to download some Oblivion mods but using download manually is giving me a 404. I've tried it in both Chrome and Firefox and cleared the caches to see if it was my problem.

 

Here are some of the mods that were giving me trouble.

Seems to be happening randomly, downloading OCOv2 and Rens Beauty Pack works for me though.

I just made a thread about another oblivion mod giving me trouble as well.

Doesn't seem limited to Oblivion mods. I'm have the same issues attempting to download Dragon Age 2 mods.

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5810/ - this one is a popular fallout 4 mod, the new summer 3.3 base game file is leading to an error 412 Precondition Failed page which I imagine has something to do with this as well

Any idea what could be causing this? I'm using manual download and I'm not a premium member so I'm getting whatever the default download server would be I guess.

I was able to download this file. 412 is an access deny error. Try logging out and logging back in first. If that doesn't work, you can also try to change your Favorite Download Location, which is located under Edit Preferences > Favourite download location.
