Gilibran
For Skyrim i would recommend Mod Organizer but for fallout 4 use the Nexus Mod manager. A new one is currently under development for Nexus by the creator of Mod Organizer and will replace both of them.
WastelandAssassin
I actually use Mod Organizer for Fallout 4 as well as Skyrim , although not SE yetIt seems to work just fine , and it's so much easier to use than NMM , especially for compatibility between mods and overwrites and suchreally do recommend using it
damanding
The currently available For Skyrim i would recommend Mod Organizer but for fallout 4 use the Nexus Mod manager. A new one is currently under development for Nexus by the creator of Mod Organizer and will replace both of them.Actually Mod Organizer 2 has recently picked up a new lead developer (since the original is now working on a new NMM) and does indeed work with Fallout 4. I actually use Mod Organizer for Fallout 4 as well as Skyrim , although not SE yetIt seems to work just fine , and it's so much easier to use than NMM , especially for compatibility between mods and overwrites and suchreally do recommend using it Mod Organizer 2 now works with Skyrim SE as well. In fact the most current release is on the SSE section of Nexus. For now I suggest you avoid the current release of NMM. They are no longer supporting it, and it's incredibly buggy. If you really want to use NMM, I suggest 0.61.21 https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Nexus-Mod-Manager/releases For the most up-to-date version of Mod Organizer 2: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6194/? Both have their pros and cons, I've used both extensively. Let me know if you want help deciding.

damanding
I forgot to say what this was for sorry in advance. any way Looking a mod Manager for fallout 4. I want to thank every for there inputAs someone who provides technical support on the mod managers in all the Fallout forums pretty much daily, trust me you're going to want to go with either Mod Organizer 2 or an older version of NMM as I posted above. Avoid the latest NMM or you'll be back complaining that your mods aren't working. :D
