Witch overhaul mod is the best Skyrim redone or Requim and are those mods compatible with ordinator

So basically i encountered these mods tho they BOTH overhauled skyrim those other topics were 2 years ago or 1 so they might have changed drastically requiem makes the game harder so dungeons in low level areas are ACTUALLY hard if you dont have the right perks and weapons skyre changes perk and and overhauls everything i guess i dont know and SKYre also needs alot of files to make it balnced i watched mod sanctuary 59 on the creator of SKYre s mod page so might also be old and if one is better is it compatibel with ordinator?
