Main Halls for Hearthfire homes not showing

Went to build my first home, Heljarchen, and everything was going great until I went to build the main hall. It wasn't there! And then, after it was all built, if I opened the door from inside the small house in front I was I could see like pots and pans just falling through the screen- very trippy. So I figured 'must be a mod' and started to dig. I've been uninstalling mods left and right trying to find which one is doing it but to no avail. I really don't feel like validating files and reinstalling every single mod :/ so I'm hoping someone can provide some insight. I don't have any of the mods installed that caused the same issue in oldrim and every mod I do have installed is up to date.

I built my house as Thane of Dawnstar only to have it not appear as well. However, it did appear at the Falkreath Hold site with a messed up terrain. Check out the Falkreath Hold site and see if that has also happened.
