Having Random crashes with no real reason

For some reason, my game has been crashing quite a lot at random points. Sometimes it is when I open my map, sometimes it happens while I am walking and turn around to look at something, sometimes it crashes when I quicksave etc. The most prevalent of these crashes are when I walk around outside of Riften it always seems to crash and when I talk to Kahjit trading caravans. These 100 percent of the time cause crashes. I have gone through and disabled mods that to me would seem that they could cause a crash yet nothing fixes it. Here is my load order and all of my mods have been cleaned through TESVedit.
