Skardreg
Hello folks. I hope someone is able to help me here. I wanted to clean my mods recently so installed TES5Edit into my Skyrim folder and configured it to run through NMM. Upon launching the programme however, I am faced with the following messages: Note: Active plugin List contains nonexisting file "Dawnguard.esm"Note: Active plugin List contains nonexisting file "Update.esm" I have checked and both of these .esm file are active in NMM via the plugin tab and I have also checked that they are both listed in the Plugins.txt file so surely TES5Edit should be reading them as active? It's bugging the heck out of me and I even went as far as to uninstall Skyrim and purge every Skyrim related file from my PC and reinstall from scratch. Here's a screen shot for clarity and thanks in advance for any advice you can offer on this.
Draezeth
This is super late, but in case anyone else has this problem, and because absolutely nobody else on the entire internet seems to be willing to share this fix, I had a similar problem (though in my case TES5Edit wasn't finding my mods). I fixed it by putting the program, TES5Edit, in the steamapps/common/Skyrim folder. It worked fine after that.
