SSE Oblivion Style Spell Casting

So while the current spell casting system works fine for mages it's kinda crap for any other playthrough, but if there was a mechanic like in oblivion where you can use spells with two handed weapons, or shields, etc. This will probably only work with spells like fast healing, fireball, or conjurations spells and by using the shout key since there is no way, that I know of, to make hotkeys.
