Tes Problem??

Hi ya Guys

Me again.............. Could any one give me an Idea how to import a face into Tes?

I can find all the NPC's in there, but not any save games to get the face from it.

I used face exchange to get the face file but still can't figure out how to import it into Tes.

I wanted to change a companion to the face of one of the face files/save games that have been posted recently but can't seem to see any way of importing from a save game or face file?

I imagine it's just because I'm a Muppet, but I've spent hour's and hours trying with no luck.
