Skyrim won't launch with mods

Hello! I am using the nexus mod manager (0.63.11) and I skyrim won't launch

 

I am/ I have tried:

 

I am Logged in

 

I have tried to disable every mod

 

When I click on Launch Skyrim nothing happens.

 

I am using Windows 10 and the mods I have are

 

SkyUI

showRaceMenu PreCacheKiller v1.3

Skyrim Hd 2k Textures

Apachii Sky Hair v 1_6

Cloaks of Skyrim - Cloaks of Skyrim 1-2

Immersive animations IAN One Handed Relaxed

Whiterun Mansion - Whiterun Mansion 3

Have you properly installed SKSE? Are you launching through the TESV launcher or Skse.exe?

 

Here are some basics on modding if you don't know them.
