Crash Everytime I try to go outside

So I have a medium amount of mods installed through the manager, and I have also ran them through loot to sort them. I start a new game, I complete the whole doc thing and once I try to exit outside, I get 45 seconds of loadscreen and then a freeze and then a crash.

I also have the NCM texture packs and the patch installed

Guessing this is a "heap size" problem. See the "Solutions to Crash To Desktop (CTD) problems" section of the "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide, which has several potential causes of this general problem. Also, make sure you have New Vegas Anti-Crash (NVAC) installed.
