Skyrim stuck on loading screen

Alright so as the title says i start up a new game and the i get into the loading screen, and eventually the background music for the area you start in with live another life will play and the level bar in the top right disappears. Then the from the bottom just freezes and the background music continues to play, i even hear running water but it's still just showing the frozen fog. I'm not really sure what's wrong I mean the only mods i have installed that were new since my last playthrough were the world eater beater mod, spectraverse, and dwemertech. I did also not have Dyndolod or the Asis patch during my last playthrough as i didn't really know how to work dyndolod (after looking it up i figured out all i needed) and the asis patch because i'm still pretty new but i think i've learned a decent amount, and at the time of my previous game i didn't think i was supposed to use it. However of course i don't think Dyndolod or the asis patch are causing the crash. Also i'm editing this in since i forgot to put it here, i did google other people who have had infinite loading screens, and for right now i'm assuming my problem is just that i need to get rid of a few mods, however i'm wondering do i need to get rid of textures and those things, or can i just get rid of some new quests and that stuff and be fine?

Keep in mind i also use the Soul enb if that means anything. Also i'm not using the highest quality computer, but the last time i played the game i had only a bit less mods and it still ran between 40-50fps.

Also i don't know if this is supposed to happen but i do get files in my overwrite folder any time i launch the game, when i check it shows the folder meshes, i assumed this is just normal but i'm not 100% sure. (keep in mind i use MO)

found the solution. I guess either i need to reinstall my world eater beater or the game just can't handle the mod because no matter what textures i got rid of it still wouldn't work then i decided to try removing each of the 3 new mods i had installed and the first one i tried (world eater beater) was the problem.
