Jeoshua Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 (edited) I haven't been able to get Wrye to work correctly in the past, either. It's supposedly a very powerful and capable tool, but all it ever did for me was wreck my load orders, confuse me, and offer suggestions that made my game crash. This is, of course, due to me not understanding how to use it correctly... But honestly it's not exactly a walk in the park. I use FNVEdit to merge plugins. The biggest thing to remember about it is that it doesn't do a "merge" like Fo3edit or Wrye would do. It just layers plugins on top of each other and keeps the last record, just like the game engine does. But, if you take special care of which mods to merge you can have really good easy results.
