My textures mods deactivated

Hello !

 

I have problems on Skyrim.

 

I modded a lot the game and at first try, mods worked perfectly: smooth and beautiful.

 

But now, all textures mod simply don't enable. I can tell it's textures cause my ENB appears to work, Ui mods, convenant horses, etc. work but the game looks ugly with vanilla textures :(

 

I modded the game following STEP and using NMM last version. It worked at first

 

But then I installed Wrye Bash but didn't build the patch. Indeed, I ended up uninstalling it because my game is in Program Files.

 

I have no errors on Loot, all my mods are activated under NMM.

bEnableFileSelection is on 1.

I ran NMM under administrator mod

 

I can't understand where does it come from !

Intel i7 6700K

16GB RAM
Windows 10

PS: I have the same problem with Fallout 4 textures
