Deleted8664835User
Hi! I can't initiate Old World Blues because the Mysterious Broadcast is missing in my Pip-Boy.It was present before though. However, when I began Dead Money, I noticed that the Mysterious Broadcast was present in Sierra Madre. I have finished the DLC and returned to the Mojave, then I finished Honest Hearts. But nothing appears in the Pip-Boy anymore, can't listen to the radio.Instead, I catch the 743.00Hz ULF radio signal (Elijah signal), in the Mojave.Any clue?If you know a console command to manually add or remove radio stations, that would be awesome.I have a mod called DLC delayer, I tried to disable it but it didn't fix. I also have a french unofficial patch, tried to disable as well but it didn't work either. It's weird because I had these same mods in my previous playthroughts, and it didn't happen.Thank you very much. ElfyPers0n
Try just going to the drive-in. It's South of Nipton if you haven't played OWB before. Just wait till midnight or so and activate the satellite. Edited January 6, 2017 by ElfyPers0n
Deleted8664835User
Well yes it works this way, but there's still 2 problems:- I never begin/finish the quest Midnight Science Fiction Feature!.- I can't listen to the OWB radio (which is a very important part of the DLC for me, otherwise it just kills the atmosphere for me). The Mysterious Broadcast is also missing inside of the Big MT. Edited January 6, 2017 by Guest
dubiousintent
It's been a little while, but as I recall "Dead Money" lets you change "frequencies/signals" (i.e. 743.00Hz ULF radio signal (Elijah signal)) instead of "radio stations". Only certain signals are available in some DLC. Sounds like you left "Dead Money" with the Elijah signal selected, and now haven't (or can't) switch (in the Pipboy) to the right signal to pick up the OWB "Mysterious Broadcast". This station is the only one besides the "Sierra Madre Broadcast" that can be picked up in the Big MT. If you can't switch stations, then it's likely a mod conflict. In which case, post your "load order", please. -Dubious- Edited January 6, 2017 by dubiousintent
Deleted8664835User
Thanks for the suggestions! With a mod I returned to Dead Money, but the Mysterious Broadcast wasn't there anymore. It didn't come back either when I returned to the Wasteland. I tried disabling every mod that I have, including unofficial patches.Didn't work. Here is a screen of my mods & load order, which has been generated by LOOT.http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2017/01/1483745243-screenshot.png Looks like the glitch is glued to my save. =\It's weird. Do you know any console commands?Maybe the thing to do is change a few things with GECK or FNVEdit but I don't know what, nor how...
Thenryb
What are all of those "correctif" and DLCRP plugins?
Deleted8664835User
They're part of a french unoffical patch.Tried to completely uninstall it, but it didn't work. At first I also thought it was because of this. And it certainly played a part but I don't know how to reverse it now...
Deleted8664835User
I just tried something :1) Disabled every mod / DLC2) Launched the game and created a new seperate save3) Enabled OWB4) Loaded the new save. The radio is present, I activated the quest and the radio, and saved5) Enabled every mod / DLC again However what I noticed was that many items disappeared from my inventory. I guess it did the same for the added perks, and probably some other stuff as well.Do you think I can do this?EDIT : Nope, I can't. It resets every DLC quest. Deleted8664835User
Ok so it looks like I "fixed" it.I just typed resetquest 03000fca in the console. It debuged Midnight Science Fiction Feature! and the radio signal as well. HOWEVER, for some reason, now I can't return to Zion. I have a message saying I must go with the caravan only.Oh well. Gotta love them unofficial patches. x) Edited January 7, 2017 by Guest
dubiousintent
It's known that using "resetquest" can affect other quest lines, so that is probably not the fault of your unofficial patch. You might try the console command "completequest <QuestID>" with the appropriate ID from the Honest Hearts ending you played out. See this page for all the Quest IDs. Suggest you backup the current save first. -Dubious-
