ECE wont work?

So I tried to use ECE at frist everything was fine sliders and everything was OK but the face texture or whatever didnt work it was still vanilla. I used ECE before and I havent seen any problems but when I deteled skyrim and installed it again ECE didnt work? I tried manual too it is stil the same. Can anybody help :sad: Here is the CharMakingExtender incase it helps
