Less fire weapons in NV

Hey,

 

There was a mod in new vegas where fire weapons were hardly available and the NPC's mostly just had melee weapons. Ammo was extremely rare and i think that was really funny to play.

I cant find this mod so .. does anyone can tell me if a mod like this is still available??
