Request: Skeleton Key bonus as Disease

I'm requesting a mod that would strip the key of it's skill-progression-unfriendly "bonus" and instead, while in the PC's inventory, gives the player character a disease that fortifies Security by the same amount (40). Or, if not a disease, then something that would implement the Security bonus like a disease or fortify skill spell.

 

There are a few mods on TESNexus that alter the skeleton key, but mostly they either disable the bonus or make it somewhat toggleable. I have Birthsigns NoMax, which changes the attribute increases from birthsigns, such as the Thief, into diseases that fortify the attribute (and thus allow the attribute to go over 100). This got me to thinking: Why not do something similar to the skeleton key? Hence, my mod request.

 

(I was also thinking, Why not do this to the Night Mother's Blessing and Gray Prince's Training? But as I considered that, I realized that it would be difficult since those two "bonuses" are associated with quests. If it is at all possible for those two sets of bonuses to be real fortify bonuses, I would be overjoyed.)
