Something is Glitching in my game?

Hi! First time posting here. I am having issues with my mods. I'm not sure which one is causing the problem and I am pretty sure that I have uninstalled any incompatible mods. Every time I load an old save, CTD (although I can contribute this to that save being based on my old set up). I can start a new game, though something glitches and causes all these weird colours and triangles to pop up on my screen. I can't see anything as far as what my game is supposed to look like. I have LOOT to sort my load order and TES5Edit and have used it to clean the mods that are supposed to be cleaned. I'm not sure if it is my load order, but I will copy it below just in case. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it! :)

Not sure if it your problem but I had lots of issues when I used COT lots of CTD and weird colors ect... I am not knocking that mod I just find it incompatible with my game as I like a playable game. Do you or have you used and ENB ? Not a fan of patches some time the work some times they don't. I always tell people make a playable game it is great to mod and make it realistic but if it is not playable why bother. If you never used and ENB i would start with the weather mod as it changes your environment, colors ect.
