Help, I feel Weak (sneaky illusion one handed type)

Thanks Guys for the good advice.

I think i was in that trough, around level 10-16, 25 point spells are becoming weak relative to the level of opponents and the kind of places one goes to around then but not able to cast 50 point adept spells yet.

But smarter use of the illusion apprentice spells, more dual casting (thanks Teklanika) and I seem to be going ok.
