L3s7ing
I assume you mean enb? In that case did you set up your game correctly to the description of your enb (so all edits in the .ini files of skyrim and the enb itself)? It would probably help to get a few more information. Like your computer specs and which enb you're using.

L3s7ing
Ok, so you just downloaded the folder from the enbdev website without any presets? Cause this will have no big effects on your game. First of all you should select a preset you're interested in and your pc can handle (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/searchresults/?src_cat=97 that's the link to the mod category for enb presets). Most of the presets have custom instructions how to install them within the downloaded folder or also on the mod page itself. Common steps (but not everytime) are:1. download newest enb binary and copy the dxgi.dll and enbhost.exe (out of the wrapper folder) into your skyrim folder.2. get the enb preset you want from the link I posted up there and follow the instructions. that's most time to download the folder and unpack several files into your skyrim folder (enbseries.ini, enblocal.ini and enbseries-folder)3. set up your skyrimprefs.ini There are special instructions for this too, but most important thing is to set "bFloatPointRenderTarget=1".4. modify the enbseries.ini to your pc specs (vram and so on) But you should really follow the instructions of the preset you choose, cause they're much better and more detailed than mine here. The instructions above are just so you can check if you forget something really important and probably miss some steps :D Edit: http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENB these tutorials are great if you're new to enb Edited January 8, 2017 by L3s7ing

L3s7ing
I'm not completely familiar with this enb, but most enb's have some hit on the fps, depending on what settings the enb uses. But if this loss of 10-15 is normal for your system I can't say, but it could probably be normal. In terms of getting better fps with an enb, there's not that much you can try. You could go into the enb menu (most times with shift+enter) and try to disable some of the settings under "effects". That could give you fps boosts but also lower the graphical quality - some settings have minor effects, but other are really important and significant. So best you can do is to play around with those settings, or lower some ingame settings like shadow quality. Try out if you get some fps increase and if you can see/feel the difference. Also you could try other enbs but most will have this fps impact, depending on their quality.  Great that I could help you :) Edit: Normally you can't use two presets at a time. They would just overwrite themselfs. However NLA is a bit of special cause it has some functionality inside of an esp for things like weather etc. So there are enbs that are specially designed or have extra presets to use along with NLA... There should be probably something about that on the NLA mod page or you could search for enb's with extra named support.
