A question about Bodies and Morphs

I have been seeing a lot of new bodies, with morph targets allowing for expansion in *ahem* popular areas. ^_^

I'm thinking about this, and thinking how clever it is, and also remembering a mod for Fallout and F:NV called Attack Of The 50 ft. Woman, based affectionately on the movie of the same name. The mod allows the player to grow (via setscale) to absurd heights when exposed to various stimuli-- cannibalism if you're evil, radiation if you're good (a few Rad-Aways reverse can the effect).

What I'm wondering is: would it be possible to use Skyrim's ability to use morph targets to "Hulk" out, a bit more literally? If I had a ultra bulked-out model (let's use Fallout's Super Mutants as a reference for the purpose of discussion), would it be possible for me to go from mild mannered mage to "Hulk Smash" in a semi-fluid motion?

The question is, is it possible. This isn't a mod request, and I realize there's things no one can answer without the CK, but still... the idea has been bouncing around my head for a while, and I'm curious if it's even feasible.
