Balakirev Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 I just gave a person who put up some attractive screens for my mod a +1 to rep for announcing them--he/she did a good job. But the reputation went from 0 to 99. Not that comment rep is important, but this is rather strange.
micalov Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 Premium members (and maybe supporters) get +99/-99 rep powers on comments for there files and images in image share, kind of a bonus to help with trolls probably.
