Skyrim: Player Character has Gray/Black face

Hey all, this only seems to be affecting the player characters face. I have started a new game and loaded older saves and it is affecting them all. Further more, it seems to be on both genders and all races.

Also my hardware is as follows:

GTX 970

16GB of Ram

Z97X-SLI Motherboard

i5-4690K @ 3.5GHz (4CPUs)

 

I use MO and there is nothing in my overwrite files.

Update: I found out the problem was with Interesting NPC's. Not sure how or why yet but I will reinstall and see what happens.
