Simple Mod Request for PS4

Would somebody please make a mod that does the following:

 

1) BioCommMesh armour mod increases duration of chems by 200% instead of 50%.

 

2) Increase the value of pre-war money from 8 to 50 or around there.

 

Thanks in advance.

 

(And of course, port it to PS4)
