xzanderain
Ok, So here's my idea. you take the interior fog files. Then you set that to be rigged to a radius around the player character on foggy days/nights while outdoors. Then you use the ambient fog of the out doors set to a distance just at the edge of the field of view of the fog on the players circumference. Thus letting the player field of vision be limited to that of the foggyness that is centered around himself. This would not affect the normal ambient fog in any sort of way. Infact that can enhance the feel of this concept. I have tried many fog mods. And this concept is something they all are missing. As weather is not centered around the player character but rather area the player is in. Which is understandable since that how bethesda made the creation kit. But with my idea when the foggy weather is active the player should have some line of code that activates this fog veil based on the weather. Then when the player leaves that said weather it turns off. So if the player goes into a dungeon it shuts off. But if he goes out side again and the weather is still foggy it should reactivate.
