As for PS4, I wonder if the sony restrictions are to blame. Although, I wouldn't care about a lack of extra sound files. I just think it'd be cool to be able to have Cicero live in whatever house you own etc. If there's a PS4 mod that allows you to put any follower in your house, let me know.
