Untextured light sources

The attached image should pretty well explain my problem.

 

I have untextured light sources, such as the ones in the picture. Many types of lighting are having the same problem. Chandeliers, some lanterns, etc.

Obviously I immediately assumed it was a mod, so I tried uninstalling a ton of those to isolate the problem.. but no dice. I verified the game files and again, no fix. Anyone seen this before?

 

I have included my mod list at a .txt file as well.

Reinstall all your texture mods which may change the light sources, you have a missing texture file.
