Weird GODRAY issues>?

Hello everyone, im having a slight problem. I recently reinstalled skyrim and all of my mods and now there's a irritating visual issue. Now every time I walk into the Godrays, instead of a gradual transition lighting wise from bright too dark, its now instant! Its like a camera flash. One thing though, Ive noticed that if I shut off enb this problem no longer persist even though enb worked fine before reinstall. Any help would be appreciated. Ill add mods to the bottom. EDIT: I solved the problem. Just one of those moments I didnt thoroughly read necessary information.
