Alright, so i have started doing a little modeling, not made much myself will be introduced to the player is still to be decided.I did post here on this very forum to get feedback and possible ideas. Remember that im newto this, so textures and meshes is something i will borrow from already excisting files, but i have to model almost all the meshes to prevent clipping issues, the standard smash 5 meshes together and use alphas on areas you don't want to be visible did not work here, so this takes a lot of time, at least when you are quite fresh to this whole new world of 3d modeling and texturing.

Progress:

The robe is finnished, went for the mythic dawn robe. The greybeards robe did not fit the theme im going for no matter which color i gave it and the mythic dawn robe is more versatile for future Armored robes <img src="http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/smile.gif" class="bbc_emoticon" alt="">

- Retexed the robe so it's now without the golden moons on the clavicles
- Masked Hood is finnished
- Changed the name on all models to Dovahaar (dovah:dragon | aar : servant
- All Third-person models of this armor is done
- Added new pattern to the lower sleeves of the robe.
- New chestplate added to the robe.

To Do:
- Different texture colors for the robe, still uncertain which color i will add, i have all source/raw files from day 1 since i started this little project so changing them should not be to challenging, changing colors in photoshop should be no problem here.
- Make a working 1st person model: here comes the real challenge, i have tried muliple times to create a 1st person skeleton for this model, but if i use it, it crashes the game CTD right to the desktop if you try to equip the armor while the 1st person meshes are active. It might take some time to solve this problem.

Progression Pictures:

This is the new look:Progress Picture:

The new masked hood.

Third Version:

Darker Colour, more details and another kind of skirt that i thought looked better. Still need to solve some clipping issues on the skirt when running, very minimal clipping mind you, but it's visible and needs to be removed. Also have to solve clipping on the gauntlets. Using Deadric gauntlets and boots, i just re-colored them and removed the red tint to fit my armor.
Also working on a female model of the armored Dovahaar robe, but the mesh is so skinny, so getting it all to fit is a little more challenging than expected, but im working on it, im still not a master at modeling as you may see im using already excisting meshes, cut them into pieces and merge them together. Using Alpha channels is not possible on this armor as most of it requires a little sculpting and vert moving to fit with minimal clipping, if i had used the alpha channel methood here i would end up with a lot of things clipping....would make this job a lot easier though.

(swords 1h and 2h)
- Boots
- Armored Robes for heavy/light armor users.
- I might put glowing eyes on the mask, but i will have to see if it's abit over the top or not, it might look to much
- add a maskless hood and a hood with the nightingale mask instead of the Dragonmask (im infact using it already as the neck inside the hood.)
- Assign verts so they support all body types ingame (currently _0 (skinny) is the only one i've done.)
- Female Hood needs to be made.

Yeah, im gonna give it a re-texture and remove any reference to mythic dawn, we will see how it goes, i still have a lot of work to do on this robe :)

I will not scrap any of the robes, i might make 2 versions and then decide which one is better used :)

Updated with new pictures, i've redone the whole model from ground and up to solve some animation issues and clipping issues, still need to solve minior clipping leftovers, but here is the result of new textures and another mix of meshes. Still used a few parts like the old model, but i cut them again to get my desired result.

(for some reason, using spoiler on the second version of my mod did not work, will see if i can reduce the visible content on the first post later. )
