MasterAckrovan
Hey, I'm in the middle of the Evil in Waiting quest, where the ghost asks you to recover the 3 vials to stop the tombs. I have the Iron Dragon Claw but I can't interact with the symbols door. It's not responding to my clicks to turn it. I already have two of the bottles. Playing xbox, did I miss something I was supposed to do?

Krawll
The sad truth is that your quest might be bugged. I have at least 2 quests that are bugged in my game . Quests that i have completed in both my previous games are bugged in this one. In my first game, Urag the Librarian at the college asked me to recover a certain book . I already had that book in my inventory but the game kept telling me to go get it . The quest marker said the book was in a chest in the last room of BleakFall Barrows but when i opened the chest, there was no book inside . When i tried to give the book to to Urag i didn't have the option to tell him i had it . And to make things even more annoying, i couldn't get rid of the book at all , i couldn't store it in my chest at my house, i couldn't sell it or anything , i just kept telling me that quest items cannot be removed from my inventory. In the game i'm playing now, i can fetch books for Urag no problem but there is another quest that is bugged. It's a quest from Riften , i had to find who was the Skooma dealer and once i did i had to kill him and bring his journal to the Jarl then she asked me to go to Cragslane Cavern and disrupt the Skooma operation. In other words, kill everyone in the cave . In my previous games, that quest had worked perfectly fine but in my current game, i killed everyone in the cave and i still get the ( Disrupt the skooma operation ) i've returned to that place about 3 times now and i'm still getting the same quest goal. In other words i just have to accept that i will never be able to finish that quest cuz it's bugged . Now i have to admit that in your case it's a lot worse since Valtume is where you get one of the Dragon Priest masks so it realy sucks but that means you might have to restart a new game unless someone knows of a way to bypass the door using console commands or something like that . Sorry i couldn't be of any help , i was just trying to clarify to you how some quests get bugged here and there.
R3Q
If you're totally against cheating, then don't do this.. Although I don't see how it could possibly break the game. Just go to the console (which is the ~ button) and type the command "tcl" and walk right through it.

sergiobor
Anyway, in the future you will need to be very careful when you explore some place, and never pick up items that do not belong to the quest. there are a lot of quest brokens like this, so never pick books, (the books on shelves or on tables you can read unusual items, and for the best, save a lot of times, and when you pick somethig unusual see your inventory if is a quest item, and if so, go to a previous save.
