They don't take anything from the inventory and will stay like that for a few minutes unless I move the body. Skyrim society is totally free, even for public sex pervertions. lol. If seriously, this animation was even in Oblivion. They take nothing from inventory, just giving you an impression of more "alive" world with such basic actions. This stuff was even in Gothic I, which was released back in 2001 (!!!), and there npcs actually took some stuff from dead bodies.
