dragonslayer54
(Problem fixed! For anyone using the mods island.esp and dreamisland1.esp They don't work with newly created saves, but if you create/download one after playing for a bitThen you shouldn't have any trouble but be advised) Thank you damanding for some help, he gave me the idea to look for ones that change the ground and gave me a few to look at My problem is that when i load a save i made with mods,it takes the old prewar map textures/something and pushes some of it though the real mapand when i disable all my mods its finebut if i load up a save created before mods were installed (with mods active) its fine and nothing is wrong-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------So let me walk you though this a bit better: Step 1: create new saveStep 2: play like normal until reaching the point were you leave the vaultStep 3: exit vaultStep 4: let it load, then open your pipboyStep 5: relies its invisible (i already fix the pipboy)Step 6: Walk out the gate where you came though in the beginning (or any path you walk is fine)Step 7: look at the ground, see that? its the old world loaded though the new oneStep 8: your done (i didn't want to leave this on a odd number)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Okay and remember that if i load a save created before loading mods/someone elses save then i don't have this problemThank you, you can find the logs and such at the other text files on GitHub (Below is a link to GitHub with my Loader Order and my FO4Edit logs and a screenshot of my issue) (i was going to post a video but the 5 min video was 1.xxGB so that was not happening) https://github.com/trixshotzero/FalloutProblems/tree/master Edited January 14, 2017 by dragonslayer54
damanding
A couple of notes, while I don't think Project Commonwealth is your problem, from what I read on the mod it doesn't look very safe to use. It was made using an extremely outdated version of FO4Edit and has never been updated. Due to the record types from the old version of FO4Edit, it can't be patched. The mod is essentially abandoned. Another group started a similar project here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16231/? Does the pre/post war ground mixture only happen in the area of Sanctuary and Vault 111? It's possible that your Sanctuary area mods are conflicting with one another. I see you have enemys at vault 111 and sancuary.esp, rooftops.esp (Sanctuary rooftop fixing mod?), bridgefix.esp (Sanctuary bridge fixing mod?), and sanctuaryhotspringhome.esp. Try disabling all mods which touch that area and re-install one at a time. When it breaks then you know the mod you just installed is conflicting with one previously installed. Depending on how the mods were made (especially bridge and roof) they could be breaking precombined meshes badly. But I find it odd that the bug is bringing in prewar ground meshes because the prewar Sanctuary is actually a completely separate worldspace from the postwar Sanctuary. They can't even impact one another normally. So this is why I'm wondering if one of your mods unknowingly brought prewar ground meshes precombined with something else prewar that they intended to copy from the prewar cell, such as rooftops. Of course this assumes that rooftops.esp is a mod related to fixing Sanctuary rooftops.

damanding
Well in that case, I'm stumped. I think you're going to have to disable all mods and re-enable a few at a time to narrow down where the problem is. Unless someone else here can spot the issue. I don't use all the mods you do so I'm not familiar with all of them. But if any of those affect ground textures or meshes, check them first obviously. damanding
What's the Nexus name of the mods that caused your problems? I'd like to look at them.
