Any mods that let you keep settlers out of your house?

As the title says I want to keep settlers out of my house (including spawning in) can this be done?

Alternatively is there a mod or a console command to quickly force them out without moving them into oblivion (like restating them to a default position in the settlement).

Pretty much the only way to do this is to build your home very high off the ground so that they can't teleport themselves to furniture markers inside, and not leave anyway for them to navigate to it on their own (no stairs, etc). You can use a fast travel rug to get into it. Even then it's not foolproof because of their teleporting abilities when they get stuck or just want somewhere bad enough. I once built a house that was just high enough off the ground that I could jump up into it, but didn't have stairs hoping the NPCs would stay out. But I constantly traveled home to find someone in there sitting in a chair or using a workbench.

Since they really like to sandbox on workbenches, I would do a test build with just a simple building way up high that contains all of the settlements workbenches in it. You'll need to fast travel in/out of the settlement multiple times and at different hours of the day to see if they manage to teleport themselves to the workbench. Basically you'll need to figure out the height at which they can no longer sandbox. As long as you're not using the Multiple Floors Sandboxing mod, the default sandboxing height is I think around 2-3 stories. I would double or triple that at least just to be sure.

There are locking door mods, but that doesn't help much when an NPC can teleport themselves through a wall to sandbox on your furniture.

The only way I can think of would be to make a new "faction" for the player character to be a part of, and make the house/furnishing only useable by that faction. Of course that would also make the area unusable by any followers you have, unless you make them part of the same faction when they become your current follower.

If you're talking about a fixed home, such as the house in Sanctuary, I think you could probably remove the navmesh from the home and then NPC's couldn't walk there. Of course this would have the same effect as the faction issue and your followers wouldn't be able to enter. I don't have any ideas how you could do it with a settlement built home, unless someone built some kind of special signal broadcaster that had some sort of radius effect. That could work. But I don't know what's possible with scripting,

I wonder if Perraine's faction idea could be put into effect by adding the new faction to followers?

Yeah powered doors can also do a pretty good job of keeping NPC's out of areas you deem restricted. So long as you don't place one of their jobs/posts inside that restricted area, they'll generally stay out of it, whether it's got navmesh in there or not. At least, it's worked for me. Give them seating options elsewhere and after a while trying to get into the restricted area they'll give up. This may just be my dumb luck though...

Additionally, you could always try one of the mods like Basement Living if you're happy with an underground home, they won't enter those places. Also settlement mods that have included an interior (thinking of mine here, there may be others) are restricted for NPC's also (but this doesn't apply to vanilla settlements, I can't recall one with a specific interior)

ya I'm thinking I'm going to go Basement Living it would fit in well with the lore since (if i remember correctly from my last playthrough) there already is one in sanctuary though it seems the guy didn't make it good enough since you find a body in there. i can use snap and build to make a small bunker entrance on the surface. the only thing I'm worried about is that i have heard that player home workshop puts restrictions on what the player can build in interior cells. any mod that fixes that?

You can always just take the power cores out of your power armor and no NPC can use it then. There's even a mod that automatically removes the cores on exit and returns them to your inventory. That's much simpler than locking the door because its automatic. :D http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14773

I have used locksmith to lock containers and it did not matter. When I would return some settlers will have gone into it and yet it remained locked. To check this out take a container and load it with better guns and ammo and then lock it. When you return the settlers may have raided that locked container and now are sporting new weapons.

To piggyback on what damanding said you will need to build up and not have any way that is naved to get there. No stairs. They you must have the underneath with clear access, or a very open area. If any navigation path is blocked the settlers will teleport to a higher level and then your containers are at risk again.
