Lighthunter47
So I am just getting back into skyrim and modded it a bunch and idk if any of these mods have anything to do with the bug but i have a glitch where my character is just glazed in gold with some effects coming off of him. Same color as the healing spells but my entire character is just covered in this matte gold finish that you can barely see the armor under kinda like enchanted armor but incredibly worse. I've looked it up and i couldn't find anything that works to get rid of it. making my character look cool is a big thing for me and this really ruins it completely. Just like to say I did try to get rid of the magic effects and such like the top pinned forum and still hasn't worked. feel free to ask for an email of the problem. Thanks! snelss0
That link is an internal computer link. You would need to upload it to an image hosting site or to the nexus account of yours, then post that link here. Secondly, what system do you have? What mod organizer are you using? What mods do you have an what order are they in? If you are using LOOT, you can click on the 3 dots in the upper right and click Copy Load order and then paste it here. Also, does this issue persist on a new game? Anytime you move/alter/delete a mod during an active save, it can cause issues with your game. A new game won't have those errors. Lighthunter47
I use the nexus mod manager, i have a lot of mods active so do you want me too just type every mod? and it does not persist in a new game as far as i can tell.

If it doesn't persist in a new game, it is likely a script that became corrupt or something. If you want, just run off the new game. if you want to keep your old save, use a script cleaner.
