Adding crippled effects and overburdened on start of start of the game

Hi,

 

I'm getting more and more used to the CK but there are still many questions left open.

At the moment I'm building a mod and I want to add some effects to the very start after leaving the cryo pod.

 

I do not like it that the player has no side effects after this long period being frozen to core^^

So I would like to add the crippled head effect or lets say the 'visuals' of it -> vision should blur

And on top also I want that the player can't move that fast -> should only be able to walk

 

My hope/idea was that I can do this with adding the effects without using a stimpak or possible damage to the player caused by the overburdened effect.

 

 

But I don't know if this is possible in this way and where I have to add these effects.

They should both be active for about 60-90 seconds.

 

If anyone could give me some hints I would be quite happy! :)
